What is your tenant screening criteria?

We standardize our acceptance criteria. Minimum credit score of 580 for a single month’s deposit. Greater than 550 score applicants with no rent related negatives will be accepted with a double deposit. Income to be 3x the rent over $1,000. 4x the rent under $1,000. Absolutely no felony criminal records are allowed.
