How do you handle so many rehabs simultaneously? I have heard that residential contractors are notoriously unreliable.
Our project management software is extremely helpful in this regard. We built it over two years based on our actual pain points that we experienced with rehabs. We are a strong believer in standardization and checklists and have employed both of these techniques to be able to handle 20-30 rehabs in spread out over multiple areas in one market simultaneously. We screen our contractors and force them to use our quality checklists, mobile apps, and reporting standards or they don’t get paid.
