Our software imports leads from the below sources automatically. We can then screen these leads and make bidding decisions and write offers with a few clicks through our automated system.

• Foreclosure auctions
• Distressed sales on the MLS (REOs, estate sales, homes in disrepair)
• Direct from motivated sellers - FSBO, divorces & probate, pre-foreclosure

We also have a lot of experience with single family home construction, so if we ever find good deals on lots, we build new homes to rent as well.
