Scale and technology are the two things that allow us to overcome this challenge. We use technology to algorithmically evaluate various data points to give a home a particular score, such as crime rate, HHI & demographics, school scores, and so forth. This algorithm serves as an initial screen to cull through the obvious junk, after which local acquisition specialists in each market help with our buying decisions.
